Team up with our talented group photographers and videographers for all of your corporate, incentive or private destination trips. As gloabl travelers and adventurers, our team is prepared for anything you throw at them. We specialize in storytelling photography and videography. This means that at the end of every trip we have created digital content that documents everything from the beautiful scenery of the destination to the closeup smiles of guests hopping off their first helicopter tour of the Waimea Canyon.

We go where they go, capture all the details of the trip so they can leave their cameras behind. We want everyone of your guests to put their phones down, and just be present in the moment. Don’t worry, my camera is nicer than yours anyways!

We are a collective, a group of creatives seeking collaboration with our clients to ensure each project aligns with your vision. Born in Modesto, California, Michael’s interest in photography was sparked at the early age of fifteen – influenced and inspired by portrait photography from the beginning. Starting his professional photography business at the beginning of the digital revolution allowed Michael to find his unique style and standout quickly as a young photographer.
Owner and principal photographer of Carrs & Co Photography House, Michael has blended his personal passion for adventure and the outdoors through photography. Named one of top 50 wedding photographers in the country, nationwide publications, and several other accolades.

KOLB VENTURES
Brian Kolb has been in the design business for over fifteen years and has a widely versatile portfolio that encompasses a range of accomplished mediums in video, photography, illustration, web design, and even several designer homes. With 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, Brian left corporate America to focus solely on his freelancing career.
His passion lies in traveling the world and telling its stories in the most captivating ways possible.
DESTINATION
Carr and Kolb committed to building one trip per year designed purely to create insanely epic content! Iceland is our 2020 adventure. What makes this upcoming excursion so unique is that we are not accepting sponsorship funding from our brands.
We have decided to fund the project solely out of passion and are offering to help tell your brand story through our creative content by partnering with us. We want to show off your gear in one of the most epic and inspiring destinations in the world. We also want to connect with like-minded brands and build meaningful relationships; all while traversing the globe on epic adventures.
What’s in it for us? In an increasingly competitive industry we recognize that in order to build new, lasting relationships with your brand we absolutely must show you value. We think our content is pretty great, and want to make it as easy as possible for you to agree.
